Basic Rules
``registration
you can sign up with any name you want, but once you decide on your characters name, please change your display name. sure, this can realistically wait until you are approved or post your profile, but if you plan on filling out the app before posting it, then please change your name accordingly and make sure that your display name is all lowercase letters, and first and last names are requires, middle is optional, and please do not put punctuation in your display name. as for how many characters you can have, you can have as many as you'd like, but we ask they aren't all female since we would like to keep our ratio even. if the ratio is 5:1 or higher, there will be a ban placed on female characters.
``applying
on the note of applying, please post your application within 5 days of registering. also, please fill out the application carefully and do not change the code. we will ask that you please have a play by, and not just some random singular picture off the internet, if there is a singular picture you really want to use try to pass them off as someone else just so we get a name.
``graphics
we would love everyone on this site to have a 100x100 avatar and a signature of their choice, as long as it does not exceed a width of 450 pixels. if you can't make graphics, there is a graphics board where you can request some and people are always willing to oblige. if you can't get someone on here to do it, go to a site such as CAUTION. you have to join, but it's worth it.
``activity
we will not be posting a lot of activity checks but we would like for people to at least log on once a week unless they post an absence. people who do not log in for two weeks will most likely be deleted, along with their character(s) (maybe.) your phrase is 'steve loves pancakes'. you may have as many characters as you can handle, but if you choose to make more than one, try to make one boy for every two girl characters you have.
``roleplaying
we know everyone has a bad day every now and then, but on how we do, we have a posting minimum of 200 words a post. the staff will be paying attention to those who consistently do not make the word minimum, and if we catch this, we will talk to you. we are an intermediate to advanced role play site, so try to keep on par with the minimum.

Student Handbook
002. Students are not allowed to leave their dorm rooms for any reason after 8 pm or before 5:30 am.
003. Students will be gives three strikes before gaining a class detention, 4 class detentions equals one detention in the main office, and 4 office detentions equals ISS (in school suspension)
004. Students are not permitted to leave the grounds by themselves under any circumstances unless given specific permission from a staff member.
005. Boys are not allowed to enter the girls dorm rooms, and vice versa. Students caught sneaking into the dorms of the opposite sex will be dealt with accordingly.
006. Students are not permitted to cut class or skip school, and dorm advisers will be permitted to enter rooms in the case of missing students.
007. Students are advised against entering the gym after school hours, and also are forbidden to enter the attic or the left wing of the school entirely.
008. Electronic devices are not allowed to be used during class, but with teacher permission may be used in the Library or elective classes.
009. In order to participate in a school sport or club all grades must be above passing.
010. Students are permitted to leave school grounds for lunch, but must sign out in the main office.
011. DISPLAYS OF AFFECTION: The Administration and Faculty recognize that the high school years are a time when adolescents form relationships which are a prelude to more lasting relationships. Some behavior, however, is simply not appropriate in school.

Teacher Handbook
002. Teachers are advised that any child who is disrupting their class should be sent directly to the main office to be dealt with.
003. Teachers are allowed to give out detentions, but must fill out a detention slip to give to both the main office and the child in question.
004. Teachers are required to dress appropriately for class, but are allowed to dress casually on Friday. For teachers living on campus this also applies to the weekend.
005. Teachers are advised against entering the attic or the left wing of the school.
